Answers to your Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Have questions about appointments, insurance, payments, or lab testing? Our All-In Precision Wellness FAQ covers everything you need to know about our cash-based, functional medicine practice—so you can feel confident and informed before your visit.
What types of patients do you treat?
We care for individuals who are ready to take an active role in their health and healing. Our patients include athletes of all ages, individuals seeking support for joint pain, inflammation, hormone balance, weight loss, longevity, and overall wellness. We also treat acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries and help those who simply don’t feel their best and want to get to the root of what’s going on. Whether you’re looking to optimize performance or restore everyday function, we take a personalized, team-based approach to support your goals.
Do you accept health insurance?
We are a cash-only practice. All visits are paid out of pocket at the time of service. We provide a detailed receipt (Superbill) with diagnostic and procedure codes that you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement of office visits. We do not bill insurance on your behalf, and we do not accept Medicaid or Medicare. For any procedures, an Advance Beneficiary Notice (ABN) is required, and these procedures cannot be submitted to insurance for reimbursement.
Can I use my FSA or HSA card?
Yes! Most FSA and HSA cards are accepted for eligible services and supplements. You will receive a receipt that can be submitted to your benefits provider if requested.
Do you accept credit cards or ACH transfers?
Yes, we accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Why do I need to leave a deposit for my first appointment?
Because of the time and preparation involved in new patient visits, we ask for a credit card on file to reserve your initial appointment. We do not collect a deposit, and your card is not charged until the day of your visit. We have a 3-business-day cancellation policy. If you cancel with less than 3 business days’ notice, a $150 cancellation fee may apply, and late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of your scheduled visit. Thank you for respecting our time and helping us serve you and others more efficiently.
Can I use insurance for labs?
Yes, you can use your insurance for labs that we send out to the lab of your choosing (e.g., Labcorp, Quest, HNL, STL). Some of the specialty labs we use in-office do not accept insurance, so out-of-pocket payment may be required in those cases.
What is your cancellation and no-show policy?
We ask for at least 3 full business days’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If a cancellation occurs with less notice, a $150 fee will apply. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may result in a charge for the full cost of the visit. Late arrivals may result in reduced appointment time out of respect for other scheduled patients.
Do you offer virtual visits?
Yes, for established patients. After your first in-person visit, telehealth or phone appointments may be available for follow-up care when appropriate. At least one in-person visit per year is typically required for continuity of care.
How long are appointments?
Typical new patient visits and first follow-up appointments for functional medicine patients are scheduled for one hour. Appointment times for acute or chronic sports injuries may vary and range from 15 minutes to one hour, depending on the complexity of your condition and care plan.
Do you provide medical documentation for insurance or forms?
As mentioned above, we will provide a receipt for services that you can submit to your insurance. We are happy to provide a work or school excuse note for the time of your visit. However, we do not complete disability forms.
How are lab results shared?
We review all labs in detail during your follow-up appointment so we can discuss your results in the context of your overall health. No results or medical plans/decisions will be made via the patient portal. All clinical decisions will be made during office visits only, in alignment with best care practices.
What are your office hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
We are closed on weekends and holidays.
Do you offer support outside of business hours?
We do not offer emergency or after-hours services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or visit the nearest urgent care or emergency room. For non-urgent issues, the patient portal is the best way to communicate with our team.

I just had my first stem cell treatment therapy done last week, and Dr. Crosson and her staff was amazing. I had 3 ACL knee surgeries, and none of them took. I find myslef limping after a hike, or a walk around DIsneyWorld. I cannot snowboard, or do certain things with my 1 year old son. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Crosson and her team. They trained with the best, and you can tell. Recovery is going great.
